Payment Information: If you would like to pay in advance you can transfer money within Europe to a German account or you can pay, using a Credit Card or a PayPal account. Please note that there is a 7% fee to any credit card or PayPal payment.

Cancellation fee:
- 1 day prior to scheduled program = 100%,
- 2-3 days prior to scheduled program = 50%
- 4 or more days prior to scheduled program = no charge
Cancellation Policy
Cloudy and/or rainy weather, temporary illness such as a headache or a hangover or your mood will not be accepted as a reason for cancelling or not showing up for a scheduled course or trip. Strong winds and waves might be a reason to cancel a trip if we are not able to find an alternate reasonable safe dive destination on that particular day.
We expect certified divers to know about their medical history before signing up for diving, if you are not sure about your medical condition the English version of the PADI medical form can be found on our homepage, please enquire for other languages.
The same applies for Discover Diving with the exception that if you have a medical precondition which excludes you from diving you will not be charged and will receive a full refund.
In the unfortunate event that a customer has to cease diving during a day or weekend trip, the customer will be liable for the full price of the trip they originally signed up for.
Loss/Damage of Scuba Equipment
If you as a customer of Piranha Divers Okinawa, damage equipment borrowed or rented from us, you will be liable for an appropriate replacement fee or replacement levied by Piranha Divers Okinawa.
If a customer refuses to pay the appropriate fee, due a cancelation/not showing up or due to broken or lost dive gear they may be subject to legal action and will not be permitted to dive with Piranha Divers Okinawa in the future.
