The SDI Rescue Diver Course is designed to develop the knowledge and necessary skills to effectively perform diver rescues and assist and administer the necessary first aid in the event of an emergency.

Course Duration: 3 Days
Day 1 - CPR/First Aid Training
Day 2 - Confined Water
Day 3 - 2 Ocean Dives
Class Size: Minimum 2 Students to make role play possible.
Maximum 4 Students per Instructor.
What's included: Learning Materials, Certification Card,
Dive Gear, Ocean Confined Water Training and 2 Ocean Dives, CPR/First Aid Training
Prerequisites: SDI Advanced Adventure Diver certified or
Open Water Scuba Diver certified with 15 logged dives, or equivalent.

Must be able to answer “No” to all questions on the medical statement.

Minimum age is 10 with parental consent.
Students between the ages of 10 through 14 may obtain an SDI Junior Certification.

Please Note:

  1. The course will typically start at 9:00AM at the dive shop and finish at approximately 4:30PM each day. Please plan accordingly.
  2. Training is offered mainly in English, while online training materials are available in many languages, participants who speak other languages than English must comunicate this before the course starts.
  3. Training is purchased, certification is earned, no refunds will be given if you cannot meet the training requirements.
  4. Don't fly within 18-24 hours of your last dive, please take this into consideration when scheduling your training.
